Increíble hotel lo disfrutamos mucho el servicio y las instalaciones definitivamente valen la pena , la habitación en la que estuvimos Manglar 2 nos encantó muy cómoda y la terraza con vistas al hotel contaba con hamaca y una mesa para descansar después de un día de actividades el o Hotel nos recomendó dos tour con los cuales estuvimos muy contentos y fue lo que esperábamos el mar súper limpio cuenta con mucha playa y la puesta de sol espectacular! Disfrutamos del show de fuego por la noche !

Aldea Kuka è un paradiso terrestre, probabilmente posizionato nel posto migliore della costa dove godere di tramonti incredibili. La struttura è una delle piu belle e piu nuove, ovviamente tutto cio che viene considerato 'LUSSO' deve essere anche contestualizzato. Per quest'isola Aldea Kuka è sicuramente una struttura di lusso, dove l'attenzione per il cliente, gli ambienti, il design e la pulizia ne fanno una meta esclusiva. Non si viene qui pensando di essere in un grattacielo a sei piani, ma pensando di godere nelle condizioni più agiate la bellezza della natura che ti circonda. Un ringraziamento particolare va ad Andrea la ragazza della direzione, Luis e Israel nel dipartimento food and beverage che si impegnano in ogni modo per la felicita dei clienti.

No suelo hacer reseñas en hoteles pero la verdad es que Aldea Kuka se volvió uno de mis favoritos. Partiré por puntos clave Ubicacion: Hotel muy bien ubicado salida inmediata al mar, vista espectacular 👌. Instalaciones: en verdad muy modernas, las cabañas muy bien equipadas aire acondicionado espacios muy bien diseñados, la que tome contaba con una tina, muy limpio todo se preocupaban de habitación limpia e inclusive la arena al rededor era rastrillada para mantenerla plana y sin maleza. Servicio de restaurante: comida exquisita de primer nivel, siempre me enfermo viniendo a México por la comida es la primera vez que estoy intacta, leí otros comentarios que es cara la comida, pero la verdad es que lo vale, platos gourmet pero contundentes, comi 1 día en el pueblo si bien no estuvo mal preferí seguir comiendo en el restaurante. También es a prueba de mañosos, una de mis amigas que no comió nada en el viaje comió todo aquí. Piscina: justa y necesaria para un lugar así muy estilosa buenas fotos y vista. Personal: la verdad es que quede demasiado contenta con la atención, me sentí muy bien atendida en especial el gerente del local, y los mozos Mike y Dan un 5 estrellas en atención. Aun en algunas solicitudes especiales. Se siente que el cliente es su foco y crear experiencias. Servicio de Spa: un poco caro creo se podría mejorar, por ejemplo sugiero (experiencia en otros spa premium) un antifaz de cuarzo para refrescar la cara mientras se recibe el masaje, asegurarse que los implemento están dispuestos para no abrir/ cerrar tantas puertas, tener más de 1 olor disponible para el mini espacio de aroma terapia, ejemplo lavanda, verbena, menta, chocolate. Destacó la muy buena atención de Nancy y un masaje de tejido profundo que alivio mi postura y columna. Ruidos: quizá por temporada baja no percibí esto pero me parece bien que en la política del hotel desde 9 pm no se puede hacer ruidos fuertes en las habitaciones, por lo que se hace atractivo el descanso. Espectáculo nocturno: muy bueno, espectacular con fuego y acrobacia ameniza la cena. Cierro con excelente experiencia 100 volvería

Disappointing Experience During Our Honeymoon
We recently stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and our experience was far from what we had envisioned. The hotel is extremely noisy, especially if you find yourself allocated a room near the front entrance. The constant traffic from golf carts driving by late at night, coupled with loud music, made it nearly impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. Even when we moved to a room at the back of the hotel, we encountered the same issue; the thin walls allowed us to hear everything which was quite disruptive.
The situation took a serious turn when we discovered that approximately £450 of our money had gone missing. We reported this alarming theft to the manager, who assured us that he would review the CCTV footage. However, the communication barrier proved to be a significant challenge, as the manager, Fernandez, had limited English skills. This led to further frustration, as we had to rely on front desk staff to interpret our concerns.
Initially, we had requested an upgrade to make our honeymoon more special, but our request was denied. Ironically, after the theft incident, the manager offered us an upgrade as a gesture of goodwill. This felt insincere, especially since he acknowledged that thefts had occurred at the hotel before. Overall, we were deeply disappointed. The lack of security, combined with the noise and communication issues, overshadowed what was meant to be a joyful occasion. We will be filing a complaint.

This hotel was great, very relaxing and zen. The location was perfect, not too close to the downtown, but easy 15 mins walk. Staff was very attentive and catering.

When you dream or vacation - those few minutes in where you get to take stock of things - you are dreaming of this hotel THE ALDEA KUKA, and you don’t even realize it. There should be more than the standard 5 stars to recognize that the Aldea Kuka is not simply the best in the area, nor in Mexico. It belongs atop the WORLD’S list. Every single staff member is an absolute star. I cannot wait to go again.
